I have all new ignition parts and set the timing as well as dwell. I do have a lifter that makes a lot of noise when I startup sometimes. Sometimes not. The noise can last anywhere from a few seconds, up to about 15 minutes before going away. Havent done anything to valve adjustment or lifters. Not sure waht I should even do.
