the filter i believe is the same for the AC vanagons and is available from fram and purolator and mahle. van-again, busboys, busdepot, pep boys, napa etc. BTW, vw never made the filter, bosch and mahle were the oem suppliers. dealers just no longer stock the item. they order it as needed through the commercial desk at the local flaps. you will get the same at the dealership for whatever brand US vehicle you get as well when it gets over 5 years old. but with no support group to assist in locating parts. jimt On Thursday, Sep 26, 2002, at 15:03 America/Denver, Andrew Fox wrote:
