Dennis,

In this post, 073903, from Archives-1998, you give information on rear wheel alignment. Rear wheels on my van splay inward (top of tire is off center, and tends to the center of the vehicle.) I referenced the Bentley sections, 42.2, and 44 through 44.5.. My Hunter wheel alignment person says that there is "metal fatigue" in the mechanism and that the specification cannot be met.. Can you (or other Listees) comment, give a further analysis, and give/offer an opinion as to a solution?

Van has approximately 200,000 miles on its frame.

Regards,

Tom Hanlon Palm Springs, CA 84 Westfalia
