I didn't see what the shipping charge would've been, but you can buy the
brackets new alone for about $40 and add your own bars.  Can't imagine
anything I'd want to haul any distance on top of galvanized conduit type
pipe.  It'ss also hard to tell ifd the cam and hardware of the QNE's is
bent/rusted/ etc.  If this was $25 at a garage sale, I'd say grab it.
