Volks, As I work on the Web Site for my upcoming trip, it occurred to me that I might need to prepare a meal or two while on the road for a year or more. But I can only prepare two dishes, neither which I care for that much :) Scouring the archives, I got 70+ hits for recipes. Great ... starting point. I'll sort through these and post the best. But I bet there are still a bunch of great ones out there. So Volks ..... please send your favorites if they aren't in the archives. To quote one of the recipe postings "camping recipes you can make easily on a small, two-burner stove". I'll put them on the website for all to reference. One nice neat, all in one place package. As I come across new ones I'll post them and keep the collection growing. Eat, Shrink, Be Mary!
