Well, Many thanks to all who have assisted in this. I switched out the high pressure oil sender today, and I have never been so happy to find the incorrect part in the van. The existing one was white, 1.6-2.0 bar, instead of the .9 bar one (grey). This is on a Canadian factory rebuild. Just goes to show you can't trust a Canadian to do a German's job.... (just kidding, Dave M....) :) I'll be headed over Raton Pass tomorrow morning, and should have ample opportunity to prove the new sender good.... tx again, bmc :) "Faith will move mountains, but you'd better bring a shovel...." |
