Fishboy, European T3 roofs are the same dimensions as US Specification Vanagons. Assuming that the Joker top you are working on came from a VW T3, it should fit. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the Joker also a Westfalia product? Anyway, I have proof positive on the roof measurements. I own two European T3's. If you were to drive my house right this second, you will see that I have a Westfalia poptop shell stored on top of my 1989 16" Syncro Double Cab. It's a perfect fit. The only thing I could think of that may be wrong would be the steel braces used to help the top keep it's in place. At least on the Westy poptop, don't know about the Joker since I haven't seen it's poptop one in person. The Westy poptop has two diagonal braces at the front leading edge of the poptop. Goes from the bottom side to the roof top. I mistakenly BenT one and caused the poptop to bend inward enough that it would not fit the roof. Once I straightened it out, poptop fit my roof fine.
