Can't say I've ever noticed a difference between brands of gasoline in any car. It likely all is coming from the same refinery in any given area, anyway.

I dunno what Meijer puts in their "premium diesel" but it's pretty good stuff. My diesel Vanagon seems to like it, and a friend of mine who came out for a visit remarked (without me saying anything) his Dasher ran smoother than usual on it. I don't know if they sell it everywhere or if my Meijer is just special -- they have CNG, kerosene, and LPG, too.
