Keep a set of long metal skewers in the Vanagon...grab
some vegies...stew beef, chicken, Road Kill (I've done
it!) keep all in cooler until camp....make a
fire...skewer it all...turn often. Eat right off the
skewer...their is something primal and satisifying
about this meal...and no dishes.


I've got a book called "The One-Burner Gourmet" from
the '70's...I'll find it and email recipes to you.


See ya on the road....(if I figure out my overheating
problem!)
