Subject: Re: headlight switch bulb

I was just facing the same question. As the switch does not have a clear face like the emergency flasher switch, putting a bulb behind it would only illuminate the panel from the back. So I decided to install a small 3mm LED in the switch similar to the orange glowing light on the rear window defroster switch. (which has a bulb in the back though). I am not sure what to connect it to at this point. An LED draws very little current, so it could be on all the time to allow you to see the switch in complete darkness, or turn it on only when the lights are on (reminder), or only with the dome lights? I'll make that decision on the weekend.

I can send pictures if anybody's interested.

Cheers Joachim
