Would it be possible to transfer the rocker part of the foglight switch and its associated led to the body of the headlight switch and make it work?

I have both switches and the rocker parts on each switch look to be the same size. Has anyone ever pulled (or will want to pull) apart both switches and compare the innards to see if the rockers are interchangeable?
