as the engine is a big question mark on the WC thing in terms of an engine conversion to an l4 engine. on the AC some of the damage noted is actually in posistions where it can be more than just cosmetic. a banged sliding door can have other problems. you have to wonder why the abandoned. i would consider the AC to be a parts project and the WC to be a driver project. used to buy a lot of those kind of vehicles to put back together to sell. they range from fantastic good fortune to total trash when you get to work on them. go with the WC! jimt
