First, clean all the grounds. Then with the engine warm, and the idle stabilizer valve disconnected, re-set your idle speed. Let the engine get cold, reconnect the ISV, and check the cold start response - idle about 1200-1300 rpm, then check it's performance after warm up. Thats a beginning
