Bill Harrah, the casino tychoon and owner of Harrah's Auto museum in Reno, had had a Jeep Wagoneer fitted with a Ferrarri V12. He called it a Jerarri. I think it may still be on display at the National Auto museum in Reno. This was back in the '70s - so looks like he was just a bit ahead of his time.
