Have you checked the engine rpm with the engine warm and the idle stabilizer valve disconnected? To get a grip on this common problem, that is where to start. Also check the rubber crankcase vent hose on top of the engine. Often this will rot from exposure to oil fumes and will get a tiny hole in it on the underside that is not obvious and that you cannot see. Routine replacement of the hose (every two years) is a good thing, and easy to do. Also suggest every two or three years on the fuel injection hoses as well, which of course, have no connection with any vacuum problem. Just fire prevention safety.
