I have over 40 "accounts and passwords" that I have to have at work. I
have another dozen or more at home in my personal life. I have no
interest in adding to that list as it is a $%$#^*! pain already. And
yes, I no longer try to remember them, I have to write them down, which
means that it isn't really secure and buys me nothing but headaches.

George didn't get it quite write. He was an optimist. The real
situation is far far worse, because you aren't dealing with one big
brother. You're dealing with dozens of them.
