I recently had a smog test done on my Westy and it passed, thank God. But now the idle does this reving/surging thing while it's cold. I watched the technician adjust a few screws and suspect that maybe they weren't returned to the original positions. Any suggestions on where I should start to get my idle back. Obviously fiddling with the same screws would be a starting place but is their one in particular that I should begin with? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
