Karl,

I just did this and it's not that bad. I used the digijet and the original water system as I was told it wasn't worth the trouble to change it and I really saw no reason to. You have to use a 1.9 water pump and t stat housing, and switch over a few things that will be aparent to you when you get there. But it all switches right over to the 2.1. The only thing no one seems to have an answer for is the oil cooler right by the oil filter on the 2.1. There is no where to connect it to the 1.9 cooling system. If you use a 2.1 exhaust you can leave it on as I did, but it will not fit if you use a 1.9 exhaust. I left mine on but it's not connected to the cooling system yet. Her eis a good link with instructions but I think it makes it sound worse than it is. http://www.oldvolkshome.com/19to21.htm
