I actually called the day the post came out (September 27th) and Alex told me it had sold, but he would call me if the deal fell through. Apparently he didn't...

No harm done, I am sure my Fiance and I would also have had the "I think it can be brought back without too much effort. My wife thinks otherwise." conversation of which I would be on the loosing end of.

Oh well my loss is your gain... congrats on your new project. Could you p-mail me some pics?
