Or you could just jack the rear end of the van up about a foot so the top of the coolant expansion tank is level with the radiator bleeder valve. I've filled my system this way last year, then test drove the van and attempted the "Bentley bleed" but got nothing out but coolant. I don't even bother with bleeding the system anymore after filling this way, I just keep a close eye on the overflow tank full for the first couple of trips.
