Pure bad English. The "out" just doesn't belong. Others: "I bought a couple vans". Where did the "of" go? "I could care less". This means you DO care, at least a bit. If you mean otherwise, use "I Couldn't care less".,

Sure is. The marketing maneger who approved this should be have VANAGON tattooed on his forehead in 70-point bold font and be chained to a Hanover fence.
