I would suggest always bleeding all four wheels after doing brake work. Also, since you are doing it anyway, you may as well change the fluid. Just bleed all four wheels until the brake fluid coming out is clean. It take a bit of time for the first one, since you are clearing out the master cylinder, but goes quickly on the others. If it has been a while since it was done, there will be a distinct color difference between the old fluid and the new.

Oh, and if you are thinking about bleeding the brakes anytime soon, it couldn't hurt to get under there right now and spray Kroil, WD-40, or something similar on all those bleeder fittings.
