That's a big negatory. Flush the system BEFORE replacing cylinders/calipers/hoses. You don't want them to see anything but new fluid. Don't install new stuff, then flush old cruddy fluid through them. Flush and bleed the system yearly to prevent contamination from ever getting started. Don't forget the renew the clutch circuit fluid as well. You can get 30 years/300,000 miles out of these components if they never see old fluid.
