Prol'ly some settings were not returned to where they were to start with.

Start to get things back to normal with an idle speed check with the engine warm and the idle stabilizer valve(ISV) disconnected. To do this check be sure engine is warm, then shut trhe engine off, disconnect the ISV, then restart. The reseason for doing it like this is to allow the ECU to reset to default with the ISV out of the circuit. Note the idle speed, then using the large flat screw, adjust the idle to 850-900 rpm. Then check timing per Jay Snyders post to you. He's right on.
