     When I first aquired Myrtle the Turtle my 0 - 60 times were around a
minute. Then I found out my speedometer read 10 mph high and I realized I was
only going to 50. Sigh.
     Anyway, a bit of timing advance, Marvel Mystery oil and Mobil 1, new
ignition wires and plugs, correct ECU, functioning O2 sensor, etc. as well as
reducing the speedometer error to 3-4 mph high, now I am right around 35 to
40 seconds. Originally the valves clattered mightily now they are quiet. That
may have been the biggest power gain. There was a noticeable power loss when
the valves were noisy. I can't help but feel there was a power loss when they
were quiet as well. No proof of that, however. The ignition advance is about
5 degrees from my stock California setting, no ping that I can hear.
