This one is about 3-4 inches below and attaches to the upper steering column plastic cover. You can't just unscrew the s-column cover from below and remove both lower and upper on this one. Only the long lower cover comes off. There is a sliding on/off switch (slides right for on) on the inner part of the stalk, and the entire outer part of the stalk rotates/twists forward to "set" the cruise.
