Hubbard responds: I'm happy with a Best Buy replacement of speakers in door of my Westy. The speakers are in the leading, upper corner (upper corner closest to the front windshield.) They are GT UBC. They are 5.5 inches diameter and the dome of the speaker tapers from a half inch at the sides to about an inch in the middle. The window winder knob misses the speakers by about a quarter inch. This is a little close when you are raising or lowering the window but not a big problem. Flat speakers would be nicer. I think this high location is good for acoustics, and boots, packages or knees do not hit the speakers. Besides, I NEED that map pocket. If you are leading a parade, use the flag. If you are driving across the country, use the roadmap.
