Here's what I wrote to another wise soul:

I found the ones I bought at Wal-Mart more than 10 years ago for less than $25 each. I have not seen them at the local Wal-Mart in the past few years. Lodge has the Fish Pan listed on their website storefront for about $50 + S&H. The site is:

http://www.lodgemfg.com/home.asp

Select: "STORE"; then, "OUTDOOR"; then, "COOKWARE".

A direct link to the Fish Pan which might work is:

https://secure.lodgemfg.com/storefront/product.asp?idProduct=2824

I recommend this pan without reservation. The one we have at home has not been in the great outdoors for some time, but my Sweetheart uses it almost daily on her stove. As you probably know, a well-seasoned cast iron cooking surface will shame anything that has yet been concocted by modern science. For example, when I finish making sausage, I clean up by deglazing the residue with a bit of water then wipe the pan with a paper towel; its ready for service again. A bit heavy, but it is worth the weight.

George
