I have a Tiico I4 and i had a similar problem. my problem ended up being an air bubble in one of the coolant lines. The overheating happened after i changed water pump and thermostat(which created a bubble) I jacked the front of the van up 20" and bled the radiator 6 different times(different days too) untill i got the bubble out(dont forget to turn heater all the way on) PRMs must be above 2000 to get the bubble to burp out the bleeder screw in radiator......its a major PITA . Also you might want to tighten up on all your hose clamps, they could be leaking in air with no coolant drip to show for it.

hope dis helps
