The engine I am rebuilding is a VW of Canada with only 50K on it. Remind me to stay away from these. ---------------------- Better start looking for some +.020 align bore main bearings. Seems VW Canada align bored as a standard practice. Nothing wrong with the blocks its just that the bearings are double top triple the normal bearing price and hard to find.
