according to his notes  and the fact that the auction is in us dollars
says he ships international.  he also lists us ship/handle  as 10
dollars.  i have purchased from several euro auctions sites with no
problems.  be aware that sometimes items will end up with a duty
sticker from  customs which gets paid at the post office.  dont believe
there is one on those antennaes as these kind of items  usually fall
under vintage vehicle parts rules.
