I pulled my fuse box recently to install headlight relays which arrived recently from Frank Condelli (and yes, they make a huge improvement - thanks Frank). My Haynes manual doesn't show a loose wire hanging down behind the fusebox in our 86 Westy. The gray/white wire has a male connector on it and the connector is covered with a big yellow plastic cover. The metal looks like it has never been connected to any terminal. I'm pretty sure I didn't pull this off any connection, but I'm not 100% sure. Could you members with a Bently manual and/or more wisdom enlighten me on what is the function of this wire, where it would normally go, etc? And wwhere would the other end of the wire be? cheers, Brian Brian, Carol, Thea, Deverelle and Kelsey Megas Box 1051, Chemainus, BC,Canada, V0R 1K0 bmegas@island.net http://www.island.net/~bmegas/ **to make your dreams come true, you have to stay awake** |
