After you remove the bumper and the plate you will easily be able to access waterpump areas through the retangular hole that would be a problem from above or below. Do the obvious and remove the belts and the hoses. The waterpump removal is somewhat like a puzzle. If you had item a removed item b could be removed more easily but b makes a harder to remove. Point number two for the day is work to get the most caudal hose(back) of the oil cooler off before trying to remove the lower waterpump bolt.
