Sure, it can be done without removing the dash but the tubes aren't the problem, rather the nozzles get plugged up. 1. buy new nozzles, same as some other VWs so not too much $$ 2. pry the old one out with a butter knife on either side, a bit of a struggle that will likely ruin the ears that hold the nozzle tightly in the sheet metal 3. cut the tubing off at the old nozzle and be very certain not to let it drop into the hole 4. turn on the washer to make sure it pumps water out and flushes the hose 5. plug the hose into the new nozzle 6. insert the nozzle into the sheet metal 7. use a straight pin in the nozzle hole to adjust the aim of the spray Mark Andrew Fox wrote: > > Has'nt anyone figured out how to fix this problem without removing the > dash?
