Andrew,
I just fixed this problem on my van. The nozzles had been plugged for quite
some time, I forget to fix it when I had my dash out for a heater fan
replacement. I didn't want to go through that hell again, so I shot about
120 psi of compressed air into each nozzle from the outside (air nozzle
pressed firmly to each tiny sprayer opening). Worked Great! Make sure you
remove the cap from your reservoir or you will risk blowing off a line or
cracking the reservoir.
