Mine whistles too, a while ago someone said that an easy fix is to first insert wax paper into the wing gutter, close wing and fill gap with black silicone adhesive, wipe clean and let dry. THe wax paper is for keeping the adhesive off of the areas that need to stay unglued. Have not tried this yet, my stereo puts a band-aid over the whistle for now:) Phil S. 84' Westy w/Tiico
