Date: Tue, 29 Oct 2002 22:10:06 -0800 From: Toma Keller <3kellers@COMCAST.NET> Subject: Front seat replacements My '91 vanagon front seats are really uncomfortable and I was wondering if the Eurovan seats fit in the tracks without modification. I have put 5,000 miles on the van since April and am thoroughly enjoying my ride except for those front seats. They don't seem to have held up really well over the past 11 years and 108K miles. Are there any other suggestions? I have considered having the seats rebuilt and reupholstered but don't know of a competent auto upholstery company. Or maybe there are other captain's chairs from other manufacturers that fit in with an adaptor kit? Thanks, Toma |
