I got it resolved. The switch was appearing to go to the ON
positions, but when I disassembled it, it was in fact not reaching
the other position, though it would go to OFF & ON in both position.
I ended up moving the contact a bit higher to reach the second
position and now it works correctly! Thanks everyone for the great
information!!
