If the letter is the one i think it is...chevy and ford have similar ones that state that the vehicle of canadian origin is the same as the US vehicle in all NHTSA, and EPA standards. in the last few years vehicles sent to canada from europe are not necessarily the same as the us vehicle. you may have to go the bonded/inspection/conversion facility route. jimt On Wednesday, Oct 30, 2002, at 17:50 US/Pacific, Cary Chiang wrote:
