Subject: Losing ATF
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

I am struggling with loss of ATF from my '84. I need to check the vents,

but I don't think the ATF is coming up the filler tube. The left inner CV joint housing is very oily. Could ATF be coming out of the seal at that point? If this is case, how best to fix?

Sorry if this is dumb question, but in 25 mile round trip to work, I am

loosing the better part of a quart of ATF.
