BTDT only one good way. and another might work if you are real lucky.

You have to take off the door panel. Then you will see that on the bottom of the vent wing frame there is more or less a clamp that holds onto the shaft that the window swivels on. On the back side..that's right the back side of that clamp is a phillips head screw. If you have a teeny phillips head bit and the little ratchet that slips over those bits( Sears has it for about $10) you may be able to tighten it up. If this does not work, the sure fire, but more time consuming way is to pull the vent window and tighten the screw then replace.

I have often thought of measuring the exact location of the phillips head screw and drill a hole on the exterior of the door, then use a rubber plug from the hardware store to fill it in.....
