I have a solution that will only cost you a quarter - of course it's only a temporary fix. Soon after buying my 91 Carat I opened the passenger wing mirror and out dropped a quarter. I didn't think much of it until I closed the window - then that irritating whistling started. I put two and together together and came up with 25 cents. I replaced the quarter and the whistling has gone.
