I want a properly rated, stable, > safe, quiet tire. On most Syncros, the 215/75-15 tires will be fine (I have them on a 86 passenger Syncro). On my latest purchase (Tristar) I notice a slight rubbing against the Tristar plastic extension to the wheel well when I go over curbs (i.e during compression of the suspension). This is only on the front wheels. But as I said, on my 86, this isn't a problem with the standard sheet metal. As to the tire, I can't have an opinion on it since I've never used it. I'm using BF Goodrich A/T M+S on the 86 Syncro and BF Goodrich Duelers (on the Tristar). |
