I was involved in a I4 conversion which was an old vanagon diesel. I'll guess from memory:

The diesel engine mounts, oil pump, and oil-filler tube, and fly wheel, are the key components that you don't currently have and will most definitely need.

You obviously need the I4 wiring harness.

You'll need to fab exhaust system ( at least the engine pipe to cat ) as well as an intake system. You will not be able to put the current I4's intake where it's currently located relative to the engine. Expect to do some funny stuff to get this part work...

The cooling stuff is pretty straight forward.

Make sure your exhaust is pretty solid, and ideally has some flex coupling it it or the whole thing will regularly self destruct.
