many parts for military aircraft are multinational for NATO and other treaty reasons. some of our aircraft can even operate with switched engines (with a bit of additional work) so that a british/german/other variety is the same as the US version or the other way around. some of the same is done when boeing or whoever sells airplanes to a country. sometimes it is a package deal of you buy six airplanes and we will put a plant of some kind in your country. jimt On Monday, Nov 4, 2002, at 10:33 America/Denver, David Brodbeck wrote:
