Katie, the Michelin 205-75R14 tire that Ken Lewis mention in his post is a good tire. I plan to put them on my van soon, as my 205-70R14 MXT's are just about gone.

The one thing he didn't mention is that the 205-75R14, though a 14 in. tire, simply stands a bit taller. That is, the outside diameter of the tire is just a tiny bit ( I don't know how much) bigger that the 205-70R14. But that isn't anything to be concerned over.

Good luck.

I've already blown out the other standard car tire, and hence my cracked and wobbly spare a-buffeting away. Look out I'm on the road! I've found a cashe of Firestones using a construction tire connection for $75 (I'm getting 4 and sparing the 2 rear tires incase this happens again). I have to drive to work 3 days/ week and I loathe doing it on this mix.
