Aha, You trying to get inside that big black plastic box that VW made "hard to get to" First time i had to remove that box, got frustrated and just cut out lower front part to get the #$%^&* box out. If there is a trick to do it without cutting i may find out too. Of course there are zillion people who replaced that leaker of a core. Just had a leak in the rear heater area, thought it was core. It was heater valve seal(O-ring) Added another used O-ring to it and cured problem. Leon 85 Subwagen CruiseShip Westy
