psavage has had very unfortunate experiences with travelling with a pooch in Mexico. It would seem to me that leaving the dog at home or with a friend would be much preferable for your adventure and MUCH safer for the dog or dogette. KarlM travels with his beloved kelly, a fine instance of dog. He may have tips on such travels. Getting said dog back into the country is also a bit of an issue. Buy 300lbs of kenlration and park the pup at a nice location with water, fine views, no traffic, and write a postcard once in a while. p |
