Jeremy

a few years ago I had the same thoughts about my brake light switch. It was one of those warm summer afternoons of dicking around in the van and stimulated by a beer or two I tried to vibrate the switch back into line.

I reasoned that maybe it was "crud" stuck somewhere in the mechanism that was responsible for the delayed light action, so I took my little Makita palm sander and carefully vibrated the switch.

Sounds goofy but I think it worked. Would be great if it worked for you!

Alistair
