The year on the taillight won't help much on VWs, since they use the same
style light for quite a few years.  The same taillight that was used in '66,
was also used post '67.  I'm not an expert on VW vans (yet), so I'm not sure
if there was a year they used those taillights, and the 5x112 bolt pattern.

year on the tail lite lens. The rims are 15 inch and have a large odd shaped
